How long does it take to receive a video DVD?
Turnaround time varies depending on the length of the video and the amount of editing required. We strive to make every video the best possible quality. Most video DVDs are completed within one week.

What if I am not happy with the final product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please call or email us explaining your concerns and what you would like changed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to speak with an actual person after leaving a message?
We typically return calls within one hour, even on weekends.
How long does it take to receive an email response?
Email responses are usually sent within one hour, including weekends.
What happens if work is not reviewed by the client and photographer?
Any work that is not reviewed within 30 days will be permanently deleted from all devices, including hard drives, websites, and any other storage used by the photographer.
Exceptions may be made with a written request (e.g., due to illness). If no review occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.

What if I have a question about a billing statement or invoice?
If the representative assisting you cannot resolve your question, they will immediately collect your contact information and forward it to someone who can better assist you.

We use name-brand media to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
